All the positions require physical presence at IIIT Hyderabad premises. While the centre believes in being flexible it also expects presence in office to be able to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders better.
Engineering Manager
You would interact with external partner to help qualify, define & elaborate the problem statement. You would work closely with research scientists, engineers and faculty and to manage the execution of the project. You would manage multiple projects and are expected to be technically sound, driven, have good communication skills and inquisitive. Exposure to working on Cloud environment and knowledge of ML/AI including Gen AI is expected.
Research Scientist
You are expected to have a Doctorate and have a sound technological background in the area of your interest and are very hands on. We are looking for research scientists across many areas of AI (Computer Vision, NLP, Signal Processing, Data Science, Federated Learning) preferably with exposure to Healthcare. A research scientist is expected to provide technological leadership and guide his team for evolving and validating the solution.
Translational Research Fellows
You are expected to have good experience (min 5 years) and have hands on experience in designing, developing and deploying applications to production. You are expected to have at least one strong technical area of expertise – across Mobile/Web development, Micro Services, Data Engineering/Analytics, ML, Agentic AI etc and should have taken applications to production in this space. You shall be awarded an MS Degree in addition to Fellowship during the tenure of 3 years. You would have an excellent opportunity to pursue foundational knowledge in areas of interest and are expected to focus on both Delivery as well as academic pursuit.
ML Engineer
You would you have prior development experience and preferably exposure of working on cloud. You understand design concepts and have an excellent understanding of Python and related libraries. You would have exposure to ML including methods of tuning and evaluating the performance of models. You should be a team player but are expected to exhibit ownership for your areas of work and work with little guidance. You would typically work under the guidance of Research Scientist or Research Fellow
Mobile App Developer
You would you have experience and good expertise in building hybrid mobile applications using React Native or Flutter. You are open to doing cross functional work including full stack development and AI/ML work. Any knowledge on Web and API development is a plus. You are expected to exhibit ownership for your areas of work and work closely with rest of the team under the guidance of Research Fellow or Delivery Manager.
Data Analytics Engineer
You would you excellent understanding of Data and can do a wide variety of exploration using related technologies such as SQL & Python. You have prior experience in Data engineering and/or Data Analytics. Any understanding of Visualization or Statistical methods for presenting/understanding the data is a bonus. You should be a team player but are expected to exhibit ownership for your areas of work and work with little guidance. You would typically work under the guidance of Research Scientist or Research Fellow
Research Intern
You are expected to have a strong conceptual knowledge and exposure to doing solid project work as a part of your academic course. You should have strong desire to learn both on technology and on quality. We are constantly on lookout for appropriate interns and conduct drives for the same.
